156 solar hot water panels, Dublin. As a subcontractor NuTech Renewables Ltd installed solar panels on the new apartments by Collen Construction at Tyresstown, Dublin 15. Installing a total of 156 solar hot water heating systems. This was the largest privately constructed solar power system in Ireland.
The residential area is known as Avondale Park. Avondale park is a €53 million development of 240 social houses in Mulhuddart, west Dublin. The estate was built by the National Association of Building Co-operatives (Nabco) and Collen Construction. The development consists of 217 dwellings in a mixture of two- and three-bedroom homes. The estate also has a state-of-the-art community building which also houses the co-operative’s office. Among the 217 dwellings in Avondale are 76 homes that Nabco Dublin West manages on behalf of Fingal County Council.

These homes are energy-efficient. So Kingspan Solar Thermomax DF100 and Kingspan 30 Thermomax HP200 evacuated tubes Solar Panels were used on this project.
